A vice that at it's highest level's for average fuel and gas price ratings, (highest of the high) are artificially kept at a high, (from Municipalities, Provincial, State level of Gov't) to continuing a 'stifle' of market fears, the highest averages based upon 'I.F.T.A.' and those who run at the highest prices.

One trend here, I let you in on, is that the Oil Sands in Alberta, is that the Oil Companies are colluding with the new AB. GOV't (the oil companies didn't have much of a choice, which is what they said but that doesn't mean jack, becuz, of the corporate grease-ballz keep getting richer)
*fuel cost per litre- Nov. 17th, 2006 - Flying J- Sherwood Park, AB. $.62 litre [cash price]

2 weeks later a new Intern Premier rode-in with a negative outlook on 'the oil boom' in Alberta.. Fuel shot up 22 cents per litre over-night that's 83 cents [CDN] a gal. Which if you were to look at it then, that was about the same value the U.S. Dollar, cost to purchase, $1.00 CDN.

Then by (over the course of the weekend) Nov. 2nd, 2007- Diesel Fuel- prices shot up $.80 to a $1.10 in Washington State!

The card lock 'FOI/PPA Sharing' back-stabbers, who in lieu of sharing their Info about me, to the I.F.T.A. people in my niche o' the woods, 'cut-me-off' citing that they couldn't contact me.. (Which is total b.s. becuz, my email addy, wuz, on the contract, and they didn't even send me a notice in the mail) I know this was a set-up.. I blame myself for this at frequent times..
