Gotta toot that horn again for this great company and especially the pay!
Nothing beats true dedicated accounts and especially Toyota...
I have posted before about them but I have to again....
Worked everything from of course megas when a newbie...then on to a Teamsters job...Ryder accounts and a few others but this is who I will retire with. They take only the good drivers and do not tolerate foolishness or bad drivers and for doing your job....you get one heck of a bonus every quarter that I have not seen anywhere....not this penny extra per mile crap but a fat bonus check every quarter....
Could go on but want to extend to other drivers to come over and see for themselves....

Van....and usually so light we do not have to scale. Also my pal and I run team...that is the best way to haul in the big bucks.. Same places...there and back also know exactly what our paycheck is every week.

What kind of paychecks are we talking? How are the benefits? Hometime? Where do you run?

Depends on the route...they have all kinds and get new ones in too.
We get almost 1500 on a dedicated team...home weekends. They have routes that run 3 and 4 days of course for lower...They run all over...

They are advertising all over Craigslist. Must need to fill the new routes you spoke of.
I have never heard much bad about them. I would have went to work for them on a dedicated out and back years ago. However since I live 48 miles from the yard I would have had to park at the yard. I understand it, but I'm not willing to do a 96 mile commute daily. There preferences didn't match mine, but I know they have a lot of happy drivers.

My co driver and I do not live close and we just drive there once a week....do our route...then go home. Now if it were a daily run...no way but since we stay out it works good :)

Do they have dedicated routes for solo drivers ? Could you give some examples of routes they run.
Also are they still hiring students from Sage schools , if so how does that work ? do you train with another driver after school and how long.

Thanks for any info you can share , I have not been on here for a long time but sut thinking about moving back to Indiana.
    Thanks

From what I know one must have two years experience...The routes and pay varies from terminal to terminal and various miles. Yes they have solo routes but to be honest the higher pay is in team dedicated.
If you are looking at Indiana....that would be the Anderson terminal and you would have to call Kelly in recruiting to find out their requirements and what they offer.
