I'm a owner op for cargill. Adding a 2nd truck trying to build my company in to a big one someday. 2 years otr plus good work history and clean mvr required.
My pay package..
Reefer fleet
- 40% of net after fuel.
- weekly minimum gurantee pay is as follows...
800 per week-0-3 months employment
900 per week 3-6 months of employment
1000 per week 6-12 months of employment
Over a year your maxed on guranteed pay at.. 1100 per week
