Someone that works internally could know load information before or right as it gets posted, thus give the hot loads to drivers before it hits the board.
Dunno if that whole story is true or just another random internet trucker BS story. Just saying

Is there a lot of hot heads over there?
-
No, not really, it's pretty heavily moderated. I just didn't like alot of the attitudes and I much preferred here. I just hated having to through 20-30 posts that have been answered 20-30 times already, to get to anything interesting and the complaining and this that and the other.

They may not have direct access to inside information, but they very well might have access to people that do.
And even if that's not direct, SNI's "offices" are all cubicle farms, so load information could be gained just by being with in earshot.
It really won't matter though, why should SNI care? As long as the freight gets hauled it doesn't matter to them.TennMan Thanks this. -
They could also know when it's going to confirm too, then pass that on. Not saying it's happening, but everybody has a price.PoleCrusher, Sipesh, drvrtech77 and 1 other person Thank this.

The most advantageous would be a logistics employee who is doing it.
I don't doubt it's happening nor do I think SNI will actually care they may try and make a little noise about it but I doubt anything meaningful will come of it.
I bet they let the noise just die out. -
I got no dog in this fight.
Is it possible that any of you drivers on choice
Could have your wife sit at home and book loads for you.
If the answer is yes, then what's to stop her
From booking loads for other drivers on choice
For a fee. She's got access to the load boards.
I'm surprised this isn't happening more often. -
Because she DOES NOT work for Schneider and knows the freight and lanes etc.... Sure a wife or someone can help but if a Schneider employee books freight after there shift....SHAMEFUL SHAMEFUL
Be Safe Out There
Captain Daveredoctober83, Newbeav Newbie, PoleCrusher and 2 others Thank this. -

The other day I had an ic ask me if I'd be interested in paying him & his girlfriend $100 a week to hire her as a dispatcher. Guarantees $4000-4500/week, home weekends. Says they can guarantee because she works out of Charlotte & has access to loads before they are posted. I declined the offer, doing fine & quite happy on my own. Since then I've talked to 2 other ic's that are doing this and loving it. My questions are; has anyone else heard of or experienced this and how can this be possible?
This was the original post over on the Fb page. I have no dog in the fight, but something seems fishy either way.TennMan Thanks this.
