    Haven't heard it... but it sounds stupendously dumb. Two issues spring right to mind - don't pick up a JIT late, and make sure you shutdown at noon so you have a place to park.

    At my last company someone there tried to sneak through Greencastle PA after curfew with a permit load. He went to jail.
