Not sure. That happened before I worked there, 15 years or more ago.

No curfew but I have heard rumors of corner time.

I believe in most jurisdictions, if you violate the conditions of a permit, the permit is voided, and then you are allowed only standard dimensions, ie 102" wide and 80,000 lbs. Which would make 130,000 lbs load 50,00 lbs over, and at $1.00 a pound, your fine would be about $50,000.Big Don Thanks this.
