Clean up your diet. It may be difficult bc I don't know your situation but get some exercise if you can. If your local, lift weights and walk. I personally go on hikes every weekend and lift... Makes it harder for civilians to identify me as a trucker. Don't strain when your in the bathroom... Read 10-4 magazine or Rolling Stone or Hustler- anything to keep you relaxed. Most importantly use those baby wipes. Lot of gross info but it'll help trust me

A common problem among truckers is not hemorrhoids but a bacterial infection called Hidradenitis Suppurativa. It comes and goes and there is no cure, only control. Happens in a lot of fat truckers in the folds of their fat.

I don't think most people realize how that diet and exercise can actually heal about 95% of the diseases out there. I have been on a Ketogenic diet about 15 weeks and lost 50 lbs and gone off 3 meds. The brain fog is gone Iv'e had forever.
