Your loaded miles go up $0.01/ mile for the first 3 years and my understanding is that your bonus goes up $0.01/ mile per year in perpetuity but I was told by another driver he had heard it caps out at $0.10/ mile for the prior years loaded miles. Either way it is a nice way for Oakley to say thank you for simply showing up and doing your job without incident.
The bonus is contingent upon you renewing your lease for another year and is paid out 10 days after renewing your lease.

Yep, I just signed my lease again yesterday, and noticed my loaded mile pay stayed at $1.39 and asked Shannon why it wasn't $1.40 and she said it goes up a penny a year for the first two years and won't go up to $1.40 until my sixth or seventh year.
I'm not mad about it, still more then most companies are paying. Asked a Trans Am driver what their operators were getting, I'm happy I did it over the CB and not face to face cause I couldn't stop laughing. -
Hi Guys, What are you averaging as far as loaded and empty mile per week with Oakley?
