Have michelins all the way around the tractor. Between 16-25/32nds. Rear axle has severe cupping on 2 of 4 tires from a bad bearing. Replaced bearing and aligned. Now going 2 replace just those 4 even though depths are still good. Been reading about several Bridgestone brands with good aspects all the way around. Thoughts on mixing and matching and also which tires or best 4 the bang. Would like 2 be around $1800 max 4 the 4

Can't you just run them down till the weak spots hit the minimum?
One is for sure, you won't get 4 Michelins for 1800.
I'm running Continental HD3 right now. Stay away from those. Worst tire ever.
Had Yokohama TY 517 before. Good rock ejection, even wear, decent traction, decent fuel mileage. BUT 4 blow outs, not entirely destroyed, only wholes in the sidewalls. Some would even hols air for a short time. Could recover 3 casings on warranty. Three of those 4 tires blew out within two weeks which caused unnecessary expenses to buy used tires on the road to get me going.
Can't comment on Bridgestones.
Good Years LHD seemed like they collected every single rock from a gravel yard and kept them until the layers of steel wire was destroyed. They may have changed in the meantime. Some tires did show some funny wear on company trucks. Advantage is the self sealing layer in the tire. Running over a nail or small bolt doesn't require a repair. Price is in the ballpark of Michelin.
Did you ever consider Hankook? I looked them up just yesterday. A lots of drive tire options there.
I'm very interested in this post how it develops. I need some new socks any time soon myself. -
They have not changed. Still pick up a lot of rocks.uncleal13 Thanks this.

I will try and take a picture of them. The 2 really bad ones are so bad if I was a inspector I would be Leary. Never had a tire like this. If I was 2 out a straight edge probably somewhere in the 3/8 range of warpaage all the way around where it's cupped. Just 1 of those things that bugs me. Over past 5k miles since the bearing they have continued 2 get worse. Rotated and check air everyday. Ya have looked at the hankooks but want more input

That's how blowout #3 looked like.

Hankook has been a great tire. 4 of the DL07 should run you around $1700. They have held up well.

My last 2 sets of drive tires have been Dunlop.
Great tires for the price around 385 if i can remember.
Goodyear service centers sell them.
New shocks and aligment and you good to go -

I ran Hankook DL11's they are a low rolling resistance tire wore really nice with decent traction in rain and snow but they didn't last long. They were 26/32nds new but replaced them at 187,000mi with 6/32nds left. I run regional so that may have something to do with it I'm not sure. Anyhow I replaced all 8 with Dunlop SP464 they are wearing really nice and even with awesome rain and snow traction. They are 28/32nds new and are at 16/32nds with 126,000mi on them so far. Overall very satisfied paid $385 each mounted out the door. Also should note going from the Hankook to Dunlop I lost .5 mpg but slowly got it back after the tires wore down a bit.

Was there any bead damage when tires was removed?
