Log violation

Call the state that the citation comes from and tell them what happened and what you can do to fix this and what fines will be leveled.

This is really a problem with bad drivers, you need to learn how to hire drivers right.

I would call and explain what happened.

 

Call them and tell them that he logged correctly and that he was hauling ###. You probably would rather have a speeding violation than a log book violation lol

 

Should've been at least 5.75hrs. maybe more?

 

Total BS. If you held the truck at 70 for 4 hours straight you only went 280 for crying out loud.

 

Type a letter explaining the situation on a computer. USE SPELL CHECK. Complete the violation, fill out neatly.
Return the violation and the letter you typed. They will send you a disposition letter telling you what the penalty is, and what else needs to be done

 

Yikes....was the truck made by Boeing?

 

Sign and send out. If they cared so much you would have a phone call by now. Just send it and that's it.

 

Not necessarily they will send you a letter & tell you your suspend from running in their state. It happened to a friend of mine who didn't bother to return them.
