I could only do it for a couple years so I feel ya!

Also for all the DOT questions, concerns and comments we now have a DOT officer @Observer1

So instead of realizing the intent of what I said, you elect to insult my intelligence. Bravo.

That thick skin nonsense is just that. I feel the same as the guy. People snarl their nose at me in church when they hear i drive a truck. There's very little pride out here anymore. Its disturbing to me as I've stated before. Very little professionalism here. Just a bunch of trash..... From the tweeker mechanics, to the hateful shipping/ recieving personnel to the #### stained white tee shirt flip flop wearing immigrants. Just truth... Get lost with the bantering back and forth.

Yeah it is definitely not a "career" to be had.I think of qutting every week as I basically sacrifice my life for OTR.In my opinion OTR company driver should make at least $200k a year so he could retire after 20 years.I am still doing it as I have to make up financially for all that time I wasted but I don't know how long will I last.

Then move along and get a different career, if you hate it so much. Don't whine, piss, #####, and moan about it to those of us who DO enjoy it.
