YOU need to Report it to the Attorney General in that STATE !!!!!
They will do something.
Call the Attorney General in Michigan. and file a Report!

We bought a car like that one time... had the car for 1 day, and the engine blew up. The dealer came and got the car and never seen it afterwards. Nor did we get our money back.
We Contacted the State Attorney General and they got our money back.
The Attorney General doesn't like Crooked Business's.
