Schneider Failing

How much expierence does your husband have.

 

I'm out of the Dallas OC and have never had any issues with my DBL or getting a route that works for my family. Holly and Kathy both work very hard to get you home on your scheduled days.

 

Any kids? If not, drive team and make more money.

 

Very true, especially the smaller ones. Although, things always do happen and schedules change, but they seem willing to get you back on schedule.

 

Can you please elaborate? If a Schneider drivers racks up too many safety violations don't they fire him?

 

I've dealt with both of them once when Charlotte phones were out and completely second that. They were fantastic!

As far as being rude to the OP... I can see that it could be construed as that. It was not the intent. I'm too used to tough love I suppose.

This isn't true... I'm only 5 weeks in, and had a meeting with training and my dbl about going a bit over on hours twice since I started. And they brought up my 3.5 minutes of over speed last week. If you're at a shipper/receiver that doesn't allow parking and you run out of hours, Schneider requires that you call in and get towed to a safe location. They reamed me for going over 18min one night and 11min the following week.

 

That must be a lot weekly... Tows are not cheap. Does the driver get charged back?
