I've only been working a few days so far, but got a bad feeling about it so figured I'd ask the forum. Thank you all for your advice and wisdom. The bigger companies want more experience (I'm a complete newbie), so may try and stick this out until I get 3 months under my belt unless I'm able to find something better in the meantime.

Do what you want of course, but remember this. He is already making you run illegal, both by paying 1099 and hos violations (working 15 hours a day) If something happens he will throw you under the bus and there goes your career. Is getting that experience really worth that chance? Your best bet is finish the day out and call it quits. Now that you have time to look find a place running legal.
