    This is an All Around good company but the planners are no good they will have you to deliver early in the morning and then your next pick up will be late in the evening so you lose all your time sitting and can't leave till the next day and they're also not good about getting you home on time please do not ever take a draw I never have but I've heard many horror stories they charge you like about 10 bucks per hundred also the pay starts out pretty low but will progress all right I reckon if you're living in the sixties

    A draw? Are you talking about a pay advance? If you are then are you sure they are taking it out or you're just racking up 10 bucks in crazy truck stop ATM fees?

    Confusing post.
    Can't tell if you like the company, or don't like the company, or if you're on the fence about the company.

    And as far as "Advances" go...I think with today's technology, of direct deposit and Debit cards---a company driver is foolish and/or inept and incapable of managing money. No reason to take advances. If you have to live off of money you haven't even earned yet, you need to make some changes.
    Just my opinion.

    I don't understand these companies having pay advance systems that nickel and dime drivers on fees.

    CR England had the best pay advance system. A driver could take 100/week. Simply enter the amount you wanted when you fueled at Loves. Walk inside and pick up your cash at the fuel desk. No fees at all.

    I spoke to a driver for CF and he was there two weeks and was quitting. Said he wasn't making any money.
