Well, that got quiet.

 

I looked into it, and was told landstar hotshot have to use elogs.....what a joke, no wonder no one drives em for LS

 

Are the smaller trucks not required to do elogs? Or do most hot shot drivers just use the older trucks?

 

So far, smaller operations don't have to use elogs. I take individual trips for Landstar as an independent, and they've said nothing about logs.

 

I got the requirement for hot shot with them about a week ago. they require elog in the truck.

 

Plus they loan you the unit and pay for installation.
