Was wondering if there's a Somalian website to explain dot hours of service or is there an driver here that can contact my student and explain things for me. There's a pretty big language barrier and I just want to make sure he really understands hours.
Samolian video for helping new drivers..?

In that part of Africa they do not have written laws and the education is on level maybe second grade, first semester, and I am pretty sure it will be hard to explain to him how HOS works.
Let me guess the company, Amerifreight, Chicago? -
Sounds more like the op is the owner, and the Somali guy is his employee. I'd say have him find someone who speaks both languages fluently and go from thereCottonmouth85 Thanks this.

What? Language is a barrier? Not all born in USA can understand HOS. LEO included. Just search this forum and leave poor Somalian guy on his own.
