There's always a conference call line where everyone can get on the phone at once. Would be easier to get everyone together at once without having to worry about planning loads etc...

    Just a thought

After studying the vote pattern carefully I think we should meet in the middle somewhere. I'm thinking tennman's Tennessee plantation, bonfire, barbeque and beer. Want people to come you have to have a party I'm telling ya:D

TennMan, milehunter43 and 91B20H8 Thank this.

You should use a conference call software like Uber Conference. You can give out the super secrete pin number to get in to the call and once all have arrived you can lock the call so no one else can call in, keeping it as private as you possibly can.

The pin number could be something like "take this week's fuel discount and add 43100 to the discount. That's the pin". For example, this week's fuel discount is 10 cents, so the pin would be 43110. Basically something you can share on here but only those currently at schnieder would know the answer.

Having it by conference call would be a good first meeting.

Good luck @TennMan with herding the cats together.

RStewart, TennMan and 91B20H8 Thank this.

I was talking to another IC last night here in dallas that had stated that he had talked to an ic who's on the advisory council that meets every month in Green Bay and there was very heated discussion that ended up in a cursing between partiesets because they were trying to say that the amount of loads vs number of ICs on board has not kept pace and such...well apparently they canceled October's meeting due to that...so it seems that the msg has been raised loud and clear....this IC on that panel has been here for more than 10yrs...I'm guessing you can take it with a grain of salt so to speak on this one...
