    Used to having the luxury of an APU but company im with now doesn't have 'em. They allow idling but was wondering if this little heater would work to keep the bunk semi warm to make taking the covers off easier when waking up. Has anybody used something like this and would it be worth buying?

    It's got to get mighty cold for me to idle the truck. I love it in the mid thirties all bundled up.

    Thanks for the replies, just trying to save the atmosphere from decaying by not making a big carbon footprint! I'm just gonna eat lots of beans and cauliflower and heat my bunk naturally. Thx.

    I bought one when the bunk heater was having issues... I think my laptop puts out more heat than those, I'd stay away.
