Those loads are wonderful now, compared to back in the 90's. I would do anything back then to avoid one.
5750000 different products on the trailer, always a driver/lumper unload, and guaranteed to tie up your entire day unloading and loading. -
It looks like we lost a lot of freight.
Use to be endless loads out of Vandalia and now I barely see any on the board.
Not much out of Edwardsville either. -
That sucks. Went in there a lot when in Ohio. Big loss.
-
I posted in the wrong one.. Yea I posted earlier Shippensburg seems to have falling into the abyss... They used to have endless loads to the ne for$2.00 now i see none smh. The ones I do see are 1.60.. I'll never go to Mass or Conn for 1.60... That's a drug addict rate for that area
-
Looks like we got outbid again, probably by Swift or Dart. ########
-
The same with Wilmer Texas... We're all of our trailers used to line up against the fence facing the interstate half of those trailers are now gone out of there
-
So much for being a core carrier. They boasted about all the new business we were getting from the two new plants, Wilmer and Vandalia, well THAT didn't last too long.
-
From what I understand they had wanted Schneider to take a rate cut and Schneider at which I don't blame themHome_on_wheels Thanks this.

They claim that P&G is putting more stuff on the rail. That's fine if you don't need your stuff for a month.
