Location for the night

Same as last Monday.

 

Home in Charlottesville. Truck is in Staunton. And no, I'm not on home time. My load picked up yesterday in NC and doesn't deliver until Thursday night in PA. So.. I just gave up. Spent the whole of last week picking something up in the evening, dropping it off in the morning and then sitting for 6-7 hours waiting for a load. Less than 300 miles a day and no detention or layover. My check looks horrible.

Petro in Laramie, praying that no one parks near me. I picked up a load of crude turpentine in Lewiston yesterday and my trailer stinks so bad, you can smell it 25 feet away. On its way to Georgia, then France. They make perfume out of it, apparently.
