A lot of departments don't have computers etc. I have been retired a few years so I could be wrong. I'm just a expect the worst and hope for the best

This is true. I currently work there & they put me through the test but I passed. But had I did have it they would have paid for everything at no cost to me. So can't beat that!

 

Better yet, he needs to just win a lottery jackpot big enough to pay off his house.

 

Meh, it takes a year to get a foreclosure pushed through to eviction. He'll be OK. Maybe.

Eviction for rental, yes. Foreclosure is a whole different animal.

 

Yeah I know was just speaking for eviction. It may have progressed into a possible foreclosure over his 6 years driving.

 

It wasn't any good sleep, that's for sure!
