Got another 2 hrs of paid detention at my 2nd drop.

3rd drop is Walmart so everyone knows they are efficient!

This has been a profitable load for me.

 

If it was a refrigerated load I would have filled it, even if I had to pay cash... And if it was heavy I woulda scaled it.... But it ain't, and it ain't.... So I didn't...

No problem I would have done the same thing. But here's a question for you kool aid drinkers, this load I have right now picked up in grand forks going to concord and had 3 days roughly to deliver, this drop trailer I'm picking up tomorrow goes right back to grand forks but has 4 days to deliver for basically the same miles. Would I be okay to ask for a layover day? I'm not so much interested in the $75 as I am the ghost miles to help boost my miles as I go home next week and this is my last month before my performance pay kicks in.

 

No need for layover because Nick should be able to keep you running.

 

Yea, like Pigbacon says, call Nick. Ask him if you can drop that load in the yard and keep rolling. Call him ASAP....
