Not, they reimburse told if you use their route and that route includes took roads and you get so much extra per mile to cover refer fuel. I never paid for refer fuel, that extra always covered that cost and left money in my pocket. I ran for 6 months and they ran mew hard the whole time. And as for there not being any old things, that's a bunch of crap. They have several that have been there 10 years plus and one that's been there forever. Just look for a gussied up 386 with all kinds if military decals on it and ask him how long he has been there. You all can make up more stories to cover your own backsides than carter has pills. This is a very professional company and you get exactly what you give. Saw guys over and over always suiting around at the yard or in trick stops and some or later i would usually set them at the yard saying how thatf Freymiller had screwed them over one way or another and that they were writing or had gotten fired. They tell you right there in orientation that they do mostly just in time freight and that you had better be prepared to run hard and they mean it. If you don't then they will dispatch you accordingly. It is as simple as that. When I want home or my truck want in the shop then i never once feel below 3000 miles a week and had many weeks over 3500 and 4000. Oh and here's a clue, that isn't called butt kissing, its called working and doing your job!!!!!!

We have been with Freymiller for over a year. Initially, we were company. Then, we decided to do lease purchase under Freymillers authority and now run under our own authority.
Yes we have had our fair share of problems with dispatch, payroll, the shop etc...however, these problems were because of individuals, not the company as a whole.
We have always done our job and when problems arise we handle it professionally. We go through the chain of command and give them a chance to resolve the issue.
People forget that these companies are made of individuals and personalities are going to clash.
David Freymiller has an open door policy. On any given day you might find him in the shop or outside talking to drivers.
Drivers can call his office through his direct line or email him even when he is on vacation and get a response from him.
If you are doing everything you can to make it work he will do whatever he can to help you.
How many people can say that about the company they work for? Not many.
Just like with any company, just because it did or didn't work for you doesn't mean someone else will have the same experience.Last edited: Nov 18, 2016

I'm planning on going with Freymiller definition of running my background and my mrv which I know will come back fine so I'm not worried there and I've done research on them and they don't seem to be a bad company I'm not concerned about that every company is going to have pros and cons and you're always going to have people pooping all over the company that they had an issue with but what was the issue that they had was it something that cause themselves more often than not it usually is people usually Place themselves in bad situations and then always want to pass the buck I can tell you this about them why was told Yesterday by my recruiter there that there's a waiting list so they can't be doing all that bad if they've got people waiting just my two cents
Chinatown Thanks this. -
But do they pay detention lol?
