That's where I pulled mine - '16 Freightliner, 61.8k on the odometer. More than doubled it in the last 10 months, no issues beyond a blown hub seal. Guess I got lucky.

I'm looking for another tractor. I saw an old Werner 2012 T660 for sale and was wondering how their tractor maintenance was. Thanks for the post!

I'm guessing oil changes every 30-40,000 miles? What I really wanted to see is if they fix the problems or have the driver simply run it till it falls apart.

It's maintenance is regular... but you don't know how badly driven it was... Werner will stuff people in the seat of a manual that have never driven one.
There are also stories of diesel being put into DEF tanks and the other way around.... I'd probably reconsider purchasing Werner's used material. But that's just me and my opinion.

They are pretty good about maintenance, willing to fix whatever needs fixing. The problem is, their shops are really REALLY slow and lazy, and they put you up in a crappy company-contracted motel in a shared room while they work on the issue and pay you a measly $50 a day, that is if you remind your dispatcher about it. Upgrading to a single room is $20 a night and not always available because of students coming in for orientation.

So drivers tend to ignore problems and not report them, or hope they go away on their own, or even that the truck breaks down so they go to a dealership and at least get a decent motel and a quicker repair. Because getting your truck fixed at a Werner shop is such a horrible experience.

I hope the guilt of making good money and being home doesn't make it too hard to sleep. ;-)
