Staying safe while sleeping

Just a USMC Kabar is plenty, Anyone inside that cab is not going to be moving too agile. Ive already had a real life chance once. It would have made a mess that would bother me more than the bad guy.

 

When I had to sleep in Queens I gave $20, skittles and some dr pepper to the street gang that had that territory. I slept with my windows down and nobody messed with me. I eventually rolled up my windows cause they were pretty loud hanging around the truck all night.

 

Friend of mine always wraps a piece of thin rope like twine around his door handles and up to the air horn. Door opens air horn goes off. Says has been doing that for 30 years and claims it saved him one night.

 

I hear ya but remember, under stress your fine motor skills go away. So itay take you 2 sec to undo it sitting there but I guarantee you if #### got real it would take you longer than 2 sec to undo it. Just my take.

 

nah they will pop the vent on the side and use pepper spray

I don't doubt it. Hence I'd be yelling for tear free baby soap. I may or may not get out the truck and kick they're ### before neutralizing the pepper. Depends if I still have it in me to be sprayed with oc, and run around kicking and punching bags.

Who am I kidding, I'd try and get out the truck and fall head first from the drivers seat. But not before eating a box of Twinkies with a jumbo coke chaser.

 

If your company doesnt supply a ratchet strap then buy one. Nothing gets in without you knowing.
