Averitt Physical Question..

that's not the part I was worried about I have pretty skinny arms and I might have trouble lifting it from the waist up high from just my arms. but if its just above the waist that should be an issue. last company I had to lift it at shoulder height with 75lbs and it was a struggle I had to switch my hands grip.

 

I hear ya. I'm 6 feet tall and I think it was about waist high for me.

 

Do they have you do any steps or anything like that?

 

No stairs it was really easy; anyone can do it.

The hardest part in putting the milk crate on the shelf from the ground with 70lbs but the tables short enough that you basically just lift from the legs then maybe actually use your arms for a few inches of the lift.

Just hit me back up if you are there a year from now. I was there a longer than that.

 

There is also alot of TL drivers at Averitt that have been there a while. It is the great place to work for some, and for others it's not too great.

 

Good for them. You do notice more have left unhappy here than are still there. That's just here and notice not much support just you and a couple others over the last few days.
