    This
    Is
    GENIUS!!!

    Hear me out:

1.) Budweiser was sold out to AMBev, a European conglomerate. Right now Bud is about as American as Sushi. (Too bad nobody told the marketing dept,,,)

2.) There's a HUGE sea change in the adult beverage market. Everyone wants to be the next start-up micro brew, there's dot-com money going into hip brew pubs, and distilled aged liquors are coming next. The Millenals already turn their noses up at "their father's mass produced dishwater" Bud's market share is tanking.

3.) AB is already notorious for overweight trucks. Nuff said.

4.) I've already joked about hijacking these robot rigs and here we are USA Today tells the WORLD who the first paying customer for an unmanned truck will be! Nothing more perfect for an unmanned truck of the future than an easily moveable consumable. Will the truck know that it's trailer has been disconnected? 2 cars and a bobtail would be all I'd need to "trick" one of these trucks to stop on the highway and sit long enough to dolly down the wheels and pull the pin.

That's awesome, no more logbooks, no need to hire drivers anymore; drivers who complain about home time, their health and paychecks.

I'll invest in several self driving trucks.... Better start working on my business plan, seriously! We have insurance companies to protect my ###*ets and stupid investment bankers to invest in my transportation business while I gamble with their money... Win win situation for everyone!

The first time they send one of those down the West Virginia turnpike should be interesting. They better hope the programmers know what they're doing.

Once upon a time, there were four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody and Nobody. There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it. Anybody could have done it but Nobody did it.

Somebody got angry about that, because it was Everybody's job. Everybody thought Anybody could do it but Nobody realized that Everybody did not do it. It ended by Everybody blaming Somebody when, actually, Nobody could accuse Anybody!

Michael Bloomberg said today that most people that are replaced by robotics won't be qualified to do anything but flip burgers.

I heard that the technology to do this only costs $30K, so it is relatively affordable and you know it is going to be embraced as quickly as possible. The drivers always were the weakest link and this just hits it all home. No more high driver turnover problems in a few more years, I bet the megas are salivating over the day this is up and running on a big scale.

So with over 4.5 million people relying on driving for a living, it ain't looking good folks. I guess they can just pay everyone an existence stipend or something...LOL!! Screw it all at this point!

Finland may just do that; they're studying a GMI Policy, which is Guaranteed Minimum Income for all citizens. They're trying to be ahead of the curve because the see in the near future more people than jobs.

As a beer Driver this makes me laugh. If it's a warehouse to warehouse drive that works but I would love to see an AI "driver" get into some of these tiny parking lots that we have to get it to. Now don't get me wrong i think the self driving part is neat but falling asleep in the back and missing your exit by 200 miles could be a bit of an issue.
