    If you don't have an off duty drive line on the Qualcomm, then no. If you don't have a Qualcomm at all, I would say as long as your not burning too much of their fuel, how would they know?

    I'm running a Blue tree it's nuts but I put it on PC run did my thing and got back out it back on off-duty

    Check your driver's manual. Company I used to drive for had a mileage limit for PC (Personal Conveyance).
    As long as you are not "advancing your position", you are okay.

    To the best of my knowledge, you should also have a card from your company authorizing you to bobtail.
    It is a blanket authorization, but just to be safe, we only bobtail when specifically authorized by DM.
