stupid question before orientation

Some companies still have a rule against drinking.

 

If you believe it won't always be available, you're not looking very hard. One can drink their way from coast to coast and border to border truck stop at truck stop if they really wanted to. Not that that would be a good idea! But it sure is all over.

 

Many liquor stores are located right next to truck stops, even if there is nothing else around.
But how stupid would it be for a trucker to buy it there?
Or to pull up next to a booze store while bobtail, or loaded, and go in to buy some.

Just like, how stupid would it be for a person in orientation to be caught drinking while in orientation.


If you don't think that anyone will notice, you're probably wrong.

 

It's available in very many truck stops right now too. You're in Burnsville just a little south of you there in Albert Lea you can go into the Petro have a beer and a shot with your dinner.

158 steps to the liquor store.

Get into Maine or thereabouts See large billboard signs for miles harunging you to please stop in the welcome center's likker sthop and purchase a bottle.

So much for Uncle Sam's war on drunken driving...

 

It's been awhile since I've been to Maine but from what I remember they have those run-off ramps at the bottom of the hills , they put those ramps there just for the folks drink in and driving.
