If anybody has hauled propane for JP Energy, can you please share the specifics about their pay package and benefits? Their website is pretty vague. Thanks.

The ad says... Hourly Rate: $17 - $21 Commission Rate: $.25 - $.75/gallon
I'm confused about the commission rate. Say the tanker has 8,000 gallons you deliver and they pay the above rate per gallon. What? Is this a BS ad? What am I missing? -
