If anybody has hauled propane for JP Energy, can you please share the specifics about their pay package and benefits? Their website is pretty vague. Thanks.

    The ad says... Hourly Rate: $17 - $21 Commission Rate: $.25 - $.75/gallon

I'm confused about the commission rate. Say the tanker has 8,000 gallons you deliver and they pay the above rate per gallon. What? Is this a BS ad? What am I missing?

I see a few ads on JP Energy's website where they are hiring, but those Craigslist ads must be clueless recruiters.
