Good Evening Guys & Gals.
I want to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to all of you who have helped me transition my company to the next level. I know I post a lot of topics, some more meaningful than others, but all relevant I feel to this community. When I started my business in January of this year I didn't have a clue as to the amount of time, work, and money was really involved. For the past 15 years I have been an employee coming in six days a week working crappy hours dealing with AAA roadside when I was towing, then moving onto auction and salvage transport, finally ending up being a repo agent. Days were the same go to work come home and on Friday pick up my check. Pay the bills and stay broke. Not fun and I'm sure a lot of us were there.
I knew the basic ins and outs of the biz, but had no clue as to the responsibility of being the person that the "Buck Stops Here". Finally my deep love for the transport industry took over and I created my company. A lot of you said I would fail because I was running a 2013 Ram 1500 1/2 ton and a single car hauler. I gotta be honest there were times I really thought you were right, but I kept going and 10 months later I moved up to the next level. Not the last level just the next one.
It was my determination to succeed and to show some of you that I could do it. The fact that all of you some more than others continued to help me answer my questions, steering me in the right direction and most of all kept me in check when I did something ridiculous. That means a lot to me. I am now finally able to see a light at the end of that long long long tunnel and it's starting to shine brighter. Even when I made a post about something so crazy that it frustrated you to the point you wanted to reach through the monitor and choke me, you kept pushing me forward.
So maybe this post is a bit corny and wont get a lot of attention, that's ok, I still feel as a Christian God fearing man that I need to thank each and every one of you for standing by a nut-case like me. I want everyone to know that I place a part of my success on you all. Without the advice and words of confidence, I may not of made it this far. Today was the maiden voyage of my new truck and trailer and it felt great to back in the saddle again running my Car-Max loads. It was a light day only two loads but it was nice to see a BIGGER profit from those two loads than I ever saw with the old set-up.
So in closing I Thank You all for the generous support and confidence, and I hope that it will continue for years to come. Who knows maybe someday I may get to thank some of you in person. If your ever in the Western Mountains of North Carolina give me a holler.Take care everyone, be safe out there and remember to always KEEP IT BETWEEN THE LINES
Sincerely
Ryan
A moment of sincere thanks
