Need a better job. Anybody know where i can go?

My only suggestion is do a lot of looking and research.
You'll be told of a hundred jobs and 99 will turn out to be Western Express in different colors.
You don't wanna become a job hopper already.
Stick with Western til you're sure you found the job you can stick with at least a year.

Make calls

Check indeed and Glassdoor for reviews
Check out their Facebook page and comments.
Avoid all the big boys
You're looking for a needle in a large haystack.
