I'm wondering if Swift has an agility test or any other physical test other than a regular DOT physical and of course a drug test for CDL trainees.

Why did they do away with that. To many drivers failing it. Or were they ripping their sweat pants when they tried to bend over. Lol

I was sent home from another company because during their agility test which requires climbing in and out of a reefer trailer, as I stood up after climbing in, my shoe slipped out from under me and I fell on one knee.

    Thanks for the info!

I hear that if your hips are wider than your shoulders you're instantly hired by anyone. True?

    Sucks being only a-buck-90. Lol.

I did wonder sometimes how some of these really obese drivers get in and out of their trailer. Then one day I saw a truly fat girl carry a step ladder around the back of her trailer. I figured that they somehow just rolled in and out or something. With that said in the winter even a fit person can get really hurt when you've been driving all day and that dot bumper is icy.
