Were you driving one of their trucks? if so, you want to contact the Canada Industrial Relations Board as they regulate interprovincial transportation businesses. You can also contact the Canada Revenue Agency. I am going to assume your relationship with the company was as a "contractor" and not an employee, but that is illegal and will not pass a CRA audit.

If you were driving your own truck, then you would need to pursue them via either a lawyer or small claims court.

Yes, of course you were a driver. And so you were a company driver, but were they trying to pay you as a "contractor", meaning they were not taking normal payroll deductions; income tax, CPP, EI, etc.? Or were they doing the normal payroll deductions? If they were doing the normal payroll deductions then don't bother contacting CRA and only contact the CIRB as linked above.

One caveat; even if they were taking the proper payroll deductions, check with the various departments, especially CPP and EI, that the payments were being remitted. If they weren't you can get it corrected now (and the Spady's punished as a bonus). Trust me, companies have been known to do this and I wouldn't put it past them.
