Striker, be well. Baby yourself. When you can keep something down make sure its good for you. Listen to your body and give yourself good time to heal. Much like the kidney stone, this too shall pass.

I've survived 2 rounds of breast cancer with surgery and chemo. The last was 12 years ago.

Cancer sucks. But it doesnt have to beat you. With all of us drivers pullin for ya, thats a heck of a lot of good wish horsepower. Feel better soon. <3

Johnny gave this to the Warden.
I'm giving it to you, so that you can give it to cancer:

How lucky are you that you had that Kidney Stone? Thats a good omen. Early detection is the most important thing about beating cancer and you were given a great heads up way early. Good luck.

I'm curious if the kidney stone gave any warning or was it sudden excruciating pain? You will get through this one. I'm not really a religious person and sometimes I have a difficult time believing there is a God , but tonight I will say my own little piece to whatever is out there, if it is listening or can hear me or exists at all.

Did u have any other symptoms I had real bad night sweats and loss weight but I complained in January to doctor she took X-ray she said all looks OK in April I scheduled a hernia surgery a week before they sent me for blood work results came back as me being eneamic and would have to cancel surgery after more blood work they finally suggested a cat scan I knew this ain't good 2 weeks later on operating table stage four kidney cancer it spread from right kidney to both adrenal glands and was in my limpnoid my belly Incision looks like mount Everest I was released on June 6 the next day wife went to store to pick up a few things only to come home and found me on riding lawn mower cutting grass lol she lost it on me . I just wanted to get back to my normal self pretty stupid of me. anyway, they got most out but referred me to Beth Israel hospital in Boston MA they had a clinical trial that could possible illiminate cancer forever otherwise other option would just prolong the end. my treatment was brutal and involved four weeks spread out in hospital it was immune therapy treatment the drug used now not sure if I got it right but Interlucan 2 I'm going on 8 yrs cancer free and can't thank the team at Beth Israel enough when they told me things look good and I'm probably gonna be around for awhile I went out and bought a couple of things I always wanted and wasn't fortunate to have 20140517_191912.jpg IMAG2015_1.jpg
