The insurance is the problem with riders. That why you need the paperwork that says they can be on your truck. So if it's a company truck they basically say if it has to be family or friends. Of it your own truck you can have anybody you want just have to let the insurance company know. They usually charge like $15 a Mo the or something for the extra passenger

Walmart allows immediate family members to include grand children that are at least 6 yrs old to ride free of charge.
