Same here, I have been promised payment but it never came, filing on their bond Monday A.M.

 

How did that go? They paid me so I didn't have to go through that process with them. But that was about 6 weeks ago.

 

Called and emailed them for 3 days. No response. Left a message for the manager asking about the payment and telling that i would be forced to file a claim. Still no response. Filed a claim last Wednesday. Got the claim number, mailed the paperwork on Thursday. Got an email from Pacific today( Nov 22, Tue) that they sent the check our on the 18th. I wish they called me and told me about hardship and payment delay but they just ignored every inquiry. They do remind me of Reindeer with scheduling, availability etc. I still hope they will make it in this business. There not that many good brokers left out there.

 

Yup, the actual order itself was great. Payment was the hard part. So sad. We need more good guys

 

We all have bad times. I did have to talk to the financial company when i was late with the payment. It did work. I did tell them that i have some unpaid invoices and i told them i will pay my late bill within some period of time. Worked every time. Ignoring never works. I really did not want to loose Hat Creek from my network.

 

Payment issues isn't new with Hat Creek. They went through this before and now again? Tells me the robbing Peter to pay Paul plan still isn't working. I would not haul their freight, period!

 

DAS is not central anymore. I guess they don"t have their broker authority anymore.

Still waiting for the payment from HCC. They provided the check number and supposedly sent the check out last Friday. Hopefully i will get it after Thanksgiving.

 

I agreed to their 15 day pay to avoid additional charges to be taken from the pay. Billed them on October the 15th and as of today still no payment. Hopefully threat to cancel their bond will do the trick. But boy i did not feel good seeing 49 negatives for non payment all at once.

 

two months and I still have to see a check, you call and they said was sent. I guess their 44 NEGATIVE reviews on the last month has a point.

 

Just giving heads up – got the check on Nov 25th, deposited it. So far it is still on the account. Will wait for a couple more days to see if it won't bounce. Just to remind everyone i did file a claim against the bond.
