I ran for Central Transport for few short horrible months lol. I have never cursed at a trailer or equipment so much in my life.
I ran with a buddy of mine and actually watched his doors fly open after he hit a bump... Trailer was sealed up at the yard, latches closed and locked. I really hope they have gotten new trailers by now.

@bearsalad Yes I would have to agree with this^. The trainer you got seems like a prick and I'm not even close to driving yet. Maybe he figured it'd be better to let you learn but come on the ####### didn't have to try and humiliate you in the process.

I could see giving you a couple minutes to try and figure it out but give you long enough to draw a crowd... Thats just bad.

I am not surprised. It was my own fault working for them, I did not do my research, I just needed a job at the moment. I could not have run away fast enough.
And sadly those Vitran trailers were halfway decent compared to the rest of the pile of ## they own. I still have no idea how they run them otr like that.

I'd venture guess the grime holds them together.

Don't sweat it. Stress can make us not be able to see the simple solution sometimes. You've never opened a trailer before, big deal. Your trainer could have taken 2 seconds from his ego trip to help you out instead of waiting for a crowd to gather and embarrass you. It's stressful enough being a brand new driver and stuck with some random guy they call a trainer. You don't need that crap. Good luck with that guy.
