Hot/Cold blend door stuck in cold position?
    Broken blend door controls?
Shut off valves on the coolant lines to the cab heater core?

Check to see if there are manual heater water shut off valves at the engine. The valves will have 5/8" or 3/4" water hoses leading from the engine to the firewall another set will go under the cab to the bunk.

I just bought a 2013 Pete 389 and had no heat. This was while I was coming back east from Utah. I called the dealer and they said that they had changed the radiator fluid and serviced the system. They said to open the two valves on the passenger side of the motor to the lines going to the firewall. Solved the problem, which was very good for me let me tell ya!!!!
