National carriors is a bad company

Been at nci for 2 years. I'll spare the drama. They are retaliators. It doesn't matter how long you stay out. Miles don't pickup you don't get put to the top of the load list. You have to learn to be sneaker then them. The second hometime request are sent. They will leave you lay all over the road. Might as well forget about having a holiday off. Do that. No miles. Complain or request a new driver manager. Plan on no miles. drivers regardless of company employee or contractor. Must have an appointment to bring the truck in for service and repairs. Here they believe in wash,rise,repeat. About everyone working at nci. No matter which position. Are all planning there escape. Very few people stay longer then 2 years. Thats how bad they suck. The pay is decant for the most part. Mainly everyone uses nci to get experience to get a better job.And pretty much after a few weeks of starting at nci. We start submitting resumes to other jobs. It takes a while to get the right job. Or the job with the package your looking for. Nci sucks mainly do to the cooperates. They could careless about people. They only care about money. "By cooperates" I mean the outsiders or the actual owner of nci. When they intervened into nci over last winter. Things got ugly. And have remained that way since.

 

A good rule of thumb to remember. If your going to work for national carriers. You screwed up some where.
