I get 36¢ per mile now w swift. How much u think they'd pay a driver with 2 years experience?

 

Running solo you'll see way more then that. Base pay will be .35-.36
Bonuses will add another .10 a mile. The bonus programs are very doable. I've never missed a fuel mileage bonus. I'll finish the year with over $15k in bonuses.. FUEL bonus, monthly mileage and safety bonus, quarterly mileage and safety bonus, annual safety bonus.

If your not a lazy 9 hour a day driver taking home $1100++ a week is cake... that's take home

 

Do they make someone with 5 months of exp go out with a trainer ?
