You can dispute your DAC, but if CRE wanted it back in SLC, and you didn't comply, it could very well be considered abandonment.
Good luck with Western, most jobs are what you make of them.

So I failed my drug screen for western express. I haven't worked in a month in a half so I admitt, I was smoking. I personally don't see anything wrong with it. I never did it at work and never would. I passed a drug screen before I came, that's the only reason I came out here. Their doctor said my levels are too high and I gotta find my own way home. My question is, what should I do now? Are there companies that will still hire? Or do I have to go thru that program for dot and not drive for awhile?

God #### hippies. Just kidding my friend. How did you pass the drug screen before you went out there if you are unable to pass it while you were there? Not that it matters now I'm just curious on how that went down?4mer trucker Thanks this.

I was wondering the same thing! I took a home drug screen before coming out here and I passed it. The doctor here at western express said that I had 26 levels of something blah blah for weed, and needed less than 15 to pass. Which makes no sense! That's like saying someone with a little bit of weed in their pee still gets a job, but I had just a littleeeee bit to much so I fail. Makes no sense to me. And I can't take a retest either. Like I told that ####ing ####### above me, I'm bout to just learn how to grow the #### and be done with stupid drug tests! My friends harvests 400 lbs a month, all leagal! I don't understand this world....
brazsco and u4icwargasm Thank this. -
Come on don't give up man. You just pissed because #### went down the way it did so you want to vent I get it go ahead vent man but don't give up on something we all know you work very hard to get don't throw it away not over something dumb like that. I don't know the steps you have to take but I've read about similar situations on these forums I'm sure you can salvage your career but yes you're going to have to do some hoop jumping. But don't go throwing it away just because you're angry with yourself which is truly the person you need to be angry with. I haven't been in the situation you are in but I've been down and out and some situations before and the best thing to do is don't make any rash decisions. Now I'm done mothering you go be free my child hold your head up high and do what you need to do.dhand23 Thanks this.

@dhand23 this is what you do. Google sap drug program and that will tell you everything you need to know. Good luck brother I truly hope it all works out for you. Just please don't give up. And now this The monkey is in your corner fighting for you. But don't give up.

Yes thank you so much, I was actually just on the phone with them before I saw this. I have to interview with SAP and then go thru treatment programs before I can get back on the road. Gonna cost 1000 dollars or so, but some people have gotten back on the road in just 2 months. So that's not too bad, could be worse. I'm just gonna have to work some lousy job for a little while till I get it done. Thanks for the help!
