Your switch is loose. There is a microboard behind your switches. It happened to me. Gently push on the switch and if it stops then starts when you let go it's a loose switch. The switch has a plastic prong that is supposed to make contact with the micro board. If in off position it's ok. Just alerting you that connection is not being established. If solid green in off position you have a bad issue.
