Will the company let your wife ride along?

 

I have not read anything yet that details any rider or pet programs, not that I want a furby running around in the cab. A family rider is on my list of questions to ask the recruiter the closer I get to a decision date. My wife really wants to ride... more than that, she wants to team. After-all, she has her classA as well, but absolutely zilch for experience.

 

Do the trucks have APU or other driver amenities?

 

I read on another thread that the trucks have Thermo King APU's + 1800w inverter. Also read that the trucks are going automatic more and more. Also have Qualcom and elog.

You'll be able to bring your wife along and when the time comes team drive with her.
All trucks have APU and 1800 watt inverters.
We are 50/50 autos to manuals but January the first batch of 18s will be delivered and that will phase out 14s leaving about 25% manuals.

Other things not touched on often is $100 layover after 24 hours. After 24 hour break down your paid 500 miles per day. Will fix anything needed! No expense spared when it comes to maintainace.

 

Do you guys use transflo?

What are they paying teams?

 

.23cpm with hazmat on all miles plus the bonuses. 'My team mate only has 10 months and most companies won't take her or want us to run for months

3 day orientation paid $300
Rental car to get you there and gas reimbursed
17k,18k and 20k monthly bonuses (20k is 5cpm added) plus fuel mileage and safety
Mainly southern states with NO northeast
14 out 3 off
Paid weekly
401k match up to 6%
$33 for health insurance on driver only
1 week vacation after 1 year 2 after 3
