If I dressed up as Batman, and demanded that people refer to me as Batman I would imagine most people would think I have a mental disorder and I doubt anyone would hire me.

However if a man dresses as a woman and demand to be called 'She' than they are a protected minority and could sue if denied employment. And if anyone suggested that person has a mental disorder they'd be called intolerant, transphobic, bigoted.

Im not praising the nasty things. This post you wrote is the exact root of all of our problems today.

Some thought my post previous was acceptance and so on. Not so. What it WAS is a diplomatic resolution of a problem before it becomes a problem. People have bee trans for since Humans inhabited the earth with a variety of success and failures.

A long time ago one of my relatives taught me that what happens in the bedroom stays in the bedroom generally. This was back into the 60's and even earlier when the Bedroom was the place for many things besides sleeping. Society did not have to deal with the incessant coming out of the fringe of society wanting to commit sinful things in the light of day on our streets.

Im being very careful here, I believe that at some point you are going to see three parent babies and other adominations in a few years wondering how in the world THEY get so screwed up and no one asked THEM?

At what point is enough? Flaunting issues in the faces of a Society does not a peaceful work day make. Ive been watching this movement for over 40 years and it's my thinking they will never stop. It will constantly be pushed and pushed until there is no one left alive who knows how to say no. This is not what we are.

I know I was not going to post anymore in this thread. But that one quoted post is a beautiful example as to why we are where we are. Those who are having issues with the various Phobes roaming our streets simply choose to be silent. and silence is tacit acceptance which becomes as once happened in the mid 30's a instrument of enforcement.

There was a time long ago when DMS Books indicated that these conditions were a illness. It's was in the first several editions. Now if you were to examine Edition 5 of the CURRENT DMS, you will find People who posted as I am posting are deemed a Disorder related to not agreeing with what must be as far as the sexual orientiation of people who want to be a Boy and go into the girls bathroom. I don't know about you but that does not and should not happen, especially around younger people who stand to be damaged by such behavior. I used that as a example with many words. The DMS considers me a hostile non compliant and should be medicated in a controlled access facility and evaluated for further remand to a facility for long term confinement with drugs so strong you don't know your name.

I think not.

Now....

What we can do is be nice to people and say, don't go into a boys or girls bathroom, use the family one instead. It is not exclusion or discrimination. What you are trying to do is understand that there are so many people growing up who have no idea of the issues and stand to be frightened or damaged by such incessant coming out or in your face activism in society in the light of day.

It's bad enough our younger schools have staff who are out of the closet and push the kids to think that they too must be screwed up and that there are safe spaces for them. There is none. And little wonder in about 15 years when they become adults and I am dead and gone (Thank god....) Society will not be a place for Men and Women anymore.

 

Batman is a made up comic book character. And male or female are real life human beings. Also cross dressing and gay people been around longer then me and you both. So not strange times at all. Just hard for some too accept and not worry about others.

 

Back in the 60s there were separate restrooms for people of color also. And a long list of problems. The 60s were not that great for America

Let me give a scenario....

A guy goes to a Doctor and says "Doc I have 2 arms yet I've always felt like a one arm guy trapped in the body of a guy with 2 arms, I'd like you to cut off one of my arms so I can be what I want to be"

Doctor says "You're crazy I'm not gonna cut off your arm, you need mental help"

But if that same guy goes to a doctor and says...

"Doc I'm a woman trapped in a mans body, can you give me the chopadicktomy surgery and give me a vadge?

Doctor says "sure I'd be happy to"

From my point of view they're both insane through and through. But Political Correctness is a powerful thing.
