Landstar BCO flatbed question

Ok I picked up in Midland GA and J-ville(I think)

 

You can have all those 80 cpm containers you want. Now up in jacksonville things pay better, but still not great cause that's where everyone that unloaded south of I-10 goes to.

 

I would rather get 80cpm to get me up to GA, than do it free.

 

A lot of guys would. And i think it's very foolish. If we both are unloaded at 8 am in Miami, you spend an hour to cross town and spend two hours loading so its 11 am once you are rolling. You won't be in jacksonville till 5 pm. So won't get unloaded till the next morning, will be almost noon by the time you are getting a decent load out on the wagon. I dh empty and am in jax getting loaded at 2 pm and headed up the road. And the only thing it cost me was about 90 bucks in fuel.

Your elog allows real time customer tracking that's all they want it for. Go to landstar broker or regular site and there is a block for customers to track their shipment just like ups.
