    Is there a co pay for doctor visits, and prescription, or does the entire amount come out of the HRA ? Then once it is gone it is your responsibility until you meet your co pay?

    hra is used first comes off your deductable too. then once depleted , you pay out of pocket or via flexible spending account if you chose that.

    HRA dollars roll over. FSA dollars are a use it or lose it deal. however you have until Mar 30 I think to file a claim on previous years dollars.

    Just make sure your HSA card even works. Mine never did work and every time I called they claimed they were sending a new one and never did. Then I lost my insurance and they still have at least $1k of my money and I don't know where it is.

    SNI has their own set up. no card involved other than your insurance card. when a provider submits a bill for payment, UHC pays from that account first.
    FSA on the other hand.......
