The mountain sheep are a royal PITA in Jasper. They will just stand in a big group in the middle of the road licking the pavement.

Jasper had a sign at one spot east of town that warned you to slow down to 40 due to sheep ahead. Cop stopped and told me that I was doing 55. I explained to him that it would be better for everyone if they moved the sign at least a mile off the highway. LOL He laughed and told me to carry on and slow down in the future. :)

I came upon them sheep lots of times. I just roll down my window and call my dog over. She barks her head off at them and they cleared right out of the way. Good doggie.
