Save yourself the hassle and drive up to exit 99 and take your pick of one of the 3 truck lots there. At least up there you have the option of some decent food.

It is vandalia. Northwoods Blvd is vandalia

I agree with enforcing some parking laws, and officers have jurisdiction on "private property" if the owner/manager requests that they come out.
I was pretty pissed off at guys parking at the S-curves for the Pilot lot exit in Newnan GA, literally had to scrub the tires trying to not to hit their hoods.
Crazy thing is there is a BP truck stop 400 yards away that normally has parking... -
Maybe they are having issues with the riff raff. I would rather have security patrols than someone banging on the door trying "sell" me something
TPS Report, HalpinUout, ExOTR and 1 other person Thank this. -
Cute pooch, gunner.

If they're only hassling the steering wheel holders who are too lazy to back into a spot and gridlock the entrance/exit and spots clearly marked no parking then I have no problem with that.
HalpinUout Thanks this. -
Is there a Lizard problem in Tipp City?
-
Sorry to burst your private property bubble
But ...
The fact is it is a public access parking lot with free and open entrances and exits, Ohio like Michigan recognize that as public parking and the cops can go there without the permission of the owners.
On top of that, they have an obligation to enforce the fire laws, no matter if it is a limited access lot or public lot.gentleroger, bzinger and icsheeple Thank this. -
There's reason they are there. I don't think they drew straws on a location to scrutinize.
bzinger Thanks this.
